If you are not satisfied with the fit of the garment or if there is anything wrong with the garment, you can return it in 15 days from receiving.
Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. You can return the garment for a refund or a store credit, or exchange it for a different size. We’ll also happily provide alterations of a garment if that is something you wish.
Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the customer will cover the shipping cost. To return a garment, please email [email protected] and provide the following information:
Your order number.
Name on the order.
Email address on the order.
If the garment is damaged, please also provide a photograph of the damaged area.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the garment. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment as soon as possible.
